Shipping Policy:

Items will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days with 2nd class postage unless requested by the buyer to be sent via special delivery. Shipping charges will be adjusted for special delivery.
Shipping may take longer over seasonal holidays and KAH Ceramics is not responsible for the postal delay of your goods.

For shipping overseas, KAH Ceramics will not be responsible for any additional charges that may occur when you receive your goods.

For returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for paying return postage.
