Refund policy

For shipping overseas, KAH Ceramics will not be responsible for any additional charges that may occur when you receive your goods.

For returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for paying return postage. 
Refunds are accepted if the item delivered is damaged, not as expected or the customer has changed their mind. Photographic evidence of damage must be provided.
Items will be refunded up to 30 days after purchase and must be returned in saleable condition. A refund will not be issued if the item is returned damaged. 
As soon as the item is returned and collected, a full refund (minus postage) will be issued.
